    This session requires access to your feet—stocking feet are fine. Beyond that, wear whatever makes you comfortable.

    It also pairs well as an add-on to any other session.

  • During the session

    Plan to be present with me for about 45 minutes.

    You’ll be seated in a relaxed state for most of the session, standing briefly at the beginning.

    I will work within your energy field, using toning and chanting to connect with various points around your body—without direct physical contact.

    You will feel all the heart-centered energy made abundant during this session.
